Soya bean granules,soaked- 200gms

Cumin seeds- 1 tsp

Red chilli powder- 1 tsp

Turmeric powder- 1\2 teaspoon

Coriander seeds,roasted & crushed- 1 tsp

Roasted cumin powder- 1 teaspoon

Salt to taste

Aam ka achaar (masala)- 2 tsp

Milk- 1\4th cup

Fresh Coriander leaves,chopped- 2 tsp
